A. K. Sheth serves as Chief
Executive Officer of DG2L. He, together with
Tapesh Sinha and Asif Khan, co-founded the company
in 2001 with a vision of making digital entertainment
a reality with breakthrough products that exceed
industry standards with pricing that is without
comparison. Prior to DG2L, Sheth was CEO and
President of the iSystem group of companies.
He was also founder of Channel2C Technologies
Ltd., a content aggregation and streaming company.

Sinha – Founder, Board Member and Managing
Director – Mfg. Operations |
Tapesh Sinha brings a track
record of successful entrepreneurship to his
role as Managing Director. His vision has helped
India’s leading IT companies formulate
and execute global sourcing strategies. Prior
to founding DG2L, Sinha founded Acctel, one
of the largest independent IT exporters to India.
Sinha also founded Atesto Technologies, Inc.,
USA, which secured $20 million funding by a
consortium of venture capitalists led by the
SPROUT Group. The SPROUT Group is one of the
oldest and largest institutional venture capital
firms focused on emerging technology companies.
Sinha holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from
Jadhavpur University and an MBA from the Indian
Institute of Management, Calcutta. |

Pat
Maley – Board Member |
Pat Maley is a Partner with
Wiegers Capital Partners, an Alternative Asset
Management firm and he is focused on private
equity investing in the middle market.
Pat spent 25 years in the high tech industry,
most recently he was CEO of Dante Software completing
venture funding and a successful acquisition
of Dante by webMethods Inc. in 2003. Prior to
Dante Pat was CEO/Co-Founder of Collaboratek
an Internet Community infrastructure software
and services provider. He was CEO of Client
Systems Hewlett-Packard's exclusive channel
partner for the HP e3000 where he recruited
the management team that turned around the company.He
started his career in sales and sales management
with Intel Corporation; was a key sales and
marketing executive on the team that built Sequent
Computer Systems from start-up through IPO and
over $250M in Revenue in 1992; after Sequent
he was a marketing consultant with Geoffrey
Moore's Chasm Group. Pat has a BS from
the US Naval Academy and a MPA from the University
of Colorado. He has been active in the Colorado
Software and Internet Association since 1997
and was Chairman from 1999-2001. He is a member
of the Board of Directors of DG2L Technologies
Pte. Ltd., KPA LLC, D’Lance Golf Inc.,
and KidsTek a non-profit foundation. |

Raj is one of Seattle’s
dynamic entrepreneurs whose accomplishments
have contributed significantly to the region’s
economic and industrial development over the
last 30 years. He is internationally renowned
in the retail and wholesale sectors of the apparel
industry for continually defining the future
direction of Young Men’s Sportswear.
Mr. Shah is Chairman and CEO of Shah Safari,
Inc., and International News, global enterprises
that specialize in the design & manufacturing
of global trend setting sportswear brands including
Mecca USA, Alphanumeric, Etienne Ozeki, Blue
Guru, Raw Edge, Punch Apparel, DNM, and Reactor+.
According to an NDP study, 24% of the market
share of Young Men’s woven tops in the
US was controlled by Shah Safari in the 80’s
and early 90’s. |

Sanghrajka – Board Member |
| Prior to co-founding BIO-IB,
a boutique healthcare and technology investment
bank, Ashish was a Vice President in the Equity
Capital Markets Group at ABN AMRO Rothschild.
He brings substantial experience in origination
and execution of public market transactions in
the Technology, Media and Healthcare sector. From
1997 to 2001, Ashish served as a Vice President
at ING Barings where he was responsible for executing
IPOs, Follow-ons, Pipes, Block Trades, and Private
Equity issues. Previously, Ashish worked as an
Associate in the Equity Research Group at Furman
Selz, a research-driven investment bank bought
by ING in 1997. Ashish received a B.S. in Environmental
Engineering from the University of Rochester and
a certificate in Finance from the William E. Simon
School of Business in 1994. |
